Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our detailing products. If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns:

  • Unopened and unused products with all labels intact
  • Proof of purchase: email receipt and photo of the unopened product required
  • Products free from damage or tampering

Non-Refundable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or clearance items

Return Process: Contact us at [your email] with your email receipt and a photo of the unopened product. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Exchanges: You may exchange products for items of the same value, or top up the difference for more expensive items. Lower value items can also be exchanged, but no refund will be issued for the price difference.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will replace it at no cost to you.
